The Children and Young People's Plan
The Children and Young People's Plan (CYPP) is
an important element of the reforms underpinned by the Children Act
2004. On the basis of a new
statutory
duty all areas are required to produce a single, strategic,
overarching plan for all services affecting children and young
people. The CYPP supports more
integrated
and effective services to secure better
outcomes
for children.
